Step 1: Pick What You Love

Start by choosing the style that feels right — maybe a portrait for your wall, a little figurine for your desk, or a corsage for your wedding. Whatever you choose, it’s going to be yours alone.

Step 2: Share Photo

Upload a few pictures of your pet. Clear, well-lit shots are great, but don’t stress — send what you have, and we’ll capture their spirit, not just their shape.

Step 3: We Get to Work

Our artisans sit down with your photos and start creating. Wool is felted curl by curl, leather is carved line by line. It’s slow work, but that’s how love is shown — in details.

Step 4: You Stay Involved

If something doesn’t feel quite right, you can let us know. We’re happy to share progress and adjust small details so it really feels like your pet.

Step 5: Unbox the Moment

When it’s ready, we pack it carefully and send it off. You’ll get a tracking link, and soon enough, a little box of love will be waiting at your door.
